Furnishing The Gathering Place

Giving Back

As a leading regional provider of unique commercial furnishings, Source Four has always made giving back to the community a priority in their business. When The Gathering Place made the decision to build an expansive new facility in Denver, Source Four eagerly agreed to partner with them and donate new furniture for the center.

The Gathering Place supports women and their children experiencing homelessness or poverty by providing a safe daytime refuge and resources for self-sufficiency. The organization’s decision to expand into a new facility was contrived from a need for a bigger, more accommodating space where the organization’s staff could to more effectively assist women in rebuilding their futures.

Jeff Riley, Source Four’s president and owner was thrilled and honored to have the opportunity to provide furnishings for The Gathering Place’s new facility. “With the challenges that The Gathering Place’s clients face, it’s nice to know they will have comfortable, durable and inspirational furnishings—a soft place to sit and proper furniture for the women and their children. We’re pleased to be contributing design elements that inspire hope and creativity.”

The construction of the new 28,800 square foot facility at 1535 High Street was completed in the fall of 2007.
